The immersion system works on the principle of fully immersing parts in acid and caustic baths. This thoroughly cleans dirt, grease, residue and production waste from the surface. At the end of the process, the equipment is ready for production and hygienic.

The tank bodies are made of AISI 316 grade stainless steel with high chemical resistance, while the crane runways and other structural elements are made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel. The system is equipped with a steam coil heating and air circulation system. Furthermore, automatic acid and caustic dosing pumps optimise chemical usage while minimising operator intervention.

Immersion Omnio Tanks provide a safe working environment thanks to their IP65-rated electrical panel. The heating system is easily controlled via the electrical panel, offering ease of use and operational efficiency.
