ÖNSA Machine Manufacturing Wine Fermentation Tanks are designed to optimally manage temperature, pressure, and oxygen control during the fermentation process of grape juice. Manufactured from food-grade AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, these tanks ensure the preservation of quality, aroma, and clarity in wine production thanks to their hygienic structure and high durability.

The tanks offer maximum efficiency at every stage of the fermentation process with their cooling jacket structure, agitator option, sampling valve, level indicator and conical bottom design. Furthermore, thanks to the automatic temperature control system, the fermentation process takes place at a constant temperature, thus preserving yeast activity and wine character.

ÖNSA Machine Wine Fermentation Tanks can be custom-made from 500 litres to 100,000 litres to meet different capacity needs, from boutique wine producers to industrial facilities.
