The machine body is made entirely of AISI 304 grade stainless steel. This ensures both long-term use and easy cleaning. Thanks to its powerful motor, it can grate cheeses of different hardnesses in a short time. The product outlet ensures a homogeneous particle size, making it suitable for packaging or direct use processes.
It can be produced with different blade types and hole diameters upon request. This allows both fine and coarse grating operations to be performed on a single machine. Its food safety standard-compliant structure, quiet and vibration-free operation provide maximum comfort on production lines.
