Chocolate Melting Tank

The Chocolate Melting Tank is designed for melting, mixing and homogenising chocolate, cocoa butter, syrup and similar products under precise temperature control. Manufactured by ÖNSA Makine, these tanks are made from AISI 304 or 316 grade stainless steel, ensuring food safety, durability and a long service life. The tank is double-walled and equipped with a water or oil heating system. This ensures that the product is melted at an even temperature without burning. The speed-controlled mixing system allows for a homogeneous mixture, while the heat-insulated outer shell saves energy. Furthermore, the tank is fully compatible with the CIP (Clean in Place) system and offers hygienic cleaning.
