Material Quality: Fully compliant with food safety (sanitation) standards, certified AISI 304 or high corrosion-resistant AISI 316 grade stainless steel.

Precision Cutting System: Specially designed cutting blade group that optimises whey discharge and ensures curd is cut to the desired micron level and homogeneity.

Efficient Heat Control: Minimises heat transfer and maintains stable curdling temperature thanks to a three-layer (wall, insulation, outer coating) body structure.  

Mixing Mechanism: Speed-controlled (inverter-driven) and reversible, with special mixing blades that do not damage the curd.

Automation and Control: User-friendly touchscreen PLC panel for mixing speed, cutting time and temperature monitoring (optional manual control).

Drainage and Cleaning: Large-diameter valves for rapid drainage of whey and an internal structure fully compatible with CIP (Clean in Place) washing systems.
