The Cheddar Process Tank is designed to perform the fundamental processes of cheddar cheese production—such as heating, curdling, cooking, and forming the curd—in a hygienic and controlled manner. This system, manufactured by ÖNSA Makine, elevates efficiency, quality, and hygiene standards to the highest level in modern dairy processing facilities.

Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 or, optionally, AISI 316 grade stainless steel, the tank offers a durable structure that is fully compatible with food products. Its double-walled and jacketed design allows for safe heating with steam or hot water. The mixer system ensures a homogeneous mixture and prevents the product from sticking to the bottom.

The automatic control panel on the tank allows precise management of temperature, mixing speed and time settings. This standardises the production process and ensures consistent quality in every batch.
