ÖNSA Machine Manufacturing Ice Cream Mix Cooling Tank ensures that the pasteurised mixture is cooled quickly and in a controlled manner during the ice cream production process, guaranteeing that the mixture reaches the ideal consistency and temperature. This stage is one of the most important processes directly affecting ice cream quality.

Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 or 316 grade stainless steel, the tank is fully compliant with hygiene standards and minimises heat loss thanks to its insulated double-walled structure. The jacketed cooling system operates with cooling water or glycol circulation to quickly reduce the temperature of the mixture.

The speed-controlled mixer inside the tank ensures the mixture remains homogeneous and supports the ideal cooling of the ice cream mix without crystallisation.
