The Curd Process Tank is a highly efficient production equipment that performs heating, mixing and coagulation processes within a single system for curd production from whey. Developed by ÖNSA Makine, this tank offers hygienic and high-quality curd production with its stainless steel body, jacketed structure that provides homogeneous heat distribution and automatic mixing system.

The tank can be manufactured with either steam coil or electric resistance heating options. Thanks to its temperature-controlled operating system, the structure, moisture content, and consistency of the curd are maintained at the desired standards. Designed in compliance with food safety standards, the Curd Process Tank is compatible with CIP (Clean in Place) cleaning systems, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
